Hi Blas

I want to order that thing from pixmania but want to opt out of the "Zen Engagement" rubbish offered during the purchase. HOW?

I open the window, scroll down, it allows me to opt out, but then I cannot confirm this choice. What's going on?

Hi Secures.

Its been a while since I bought something but, if memory serves me correctly (probably not! :) ), when you're viewing your Order Summery it should have the Zen Engagement information under each item. Click on Find Out More. A new window will appear with details on the Zen Engagement. At the end of that there is the option of opting out of the Zen engagement. Select, I do not subscribe to the Zen Engagement and click Continue.

I think that's right. Its not made easy to be honest. Bit naughty of them really!

Yeah, I've got that far..almost. The problem I'm having is that when the Zen window is open, I cannot scroll down far enough to see the continue button. But I have solved the problem. I clicked "do not subscribe" with the mouse then hit return (oops...showing my age....I mean enter).

Thanks for your prompt attn.

Well done 'young' man. :D No problem about getting back to ya Secures, just hope its all been worth it mate! :?

Well, it's ordered & the french girl I spoke to yesterday reckons it will do what I want, however, I remain to be convinced!!

I just can't see how an SD card or mp3 player can be triggered to start playing music contained in it when the alarm goes off.
