i cleaned contacts on pressure switch, but still no luck. i do not see a capacitor, but--. How can i test just the motor? Wiring is all covered up, but want to just touch the motor straight from the elec supply . Looking for advice. Have a elec meter, but not too sure on how to use it.

my air compressor motor will not start. Doesn't smell burnt.
