Broadband

Need to know if Plusnet is a reliable broadband provider. I am considering changing from my usual provider to the cheaper Plusnet....

And who are your current ISP?

Have you tried the broadband comparison sites?

PN were OK for support when I was with them, but they were complete arses
with their bandwidth restrictions etc.

PN are a good ISP. They enforce their bandwidth rules which is another reason why they are a good ISP. As with Eclipse they have UK based call centre staffed with people who actually know what broadband and a PC is, which is quite refreshing. Unless you have any real desire to speak to people in Bangladesh I would use a UK based, UK supported ISP.
