So, back to the point - as some of you know I had a half hearted effort, on a different thread, expressing my concern about the effects of acidic condensate working its way back into the environment. Does it really cause no damage?

No, it's just that with the introduction of condensing boilers (in increasingly large numbers, dripping away) and their efficiencies, am just wondering if there's a price to pay?
Since the condensate isn't meant to go to surface water drainage, just how bad is it?
If it is we'll have to go back on EddieM's thread (well he thinks it's his). That'll make him happy.
