Help please,
I have a Ziilmet plate heat exchanger and would like to use it as a heatexchanger but not for a boiler.

Please can anyone advise how this unit can be plumbed as It only has female connections and for the life of me can not think other than a gasket how you can plumb 4 15mm pipes to it?

Do you have the answer?

It is piulled onto the pipes by the two bolts I am afraid. You'll have to make yourself a jig.

many thanks for that

I now can see that there are seal marks around the unit.

any Idea how much my pipes should enter the holes 5mm?
or what the other side on a boiler would be called?

Buy a set of plate heat exchanger power flushing adapters.

Plastic, complete with O rings and threaded connections.
