Shoe stretcher, the silver dome bit on the side can be moved to different locations.

Wotan has the correct answer: the movable knob is designed to be repositioned to ease shoe leather pressure on particular points, especially, as JML says, for bunions.

Condoms are rubbish, they keep splitting when I try to put one on - even XL ones. I am following the instructions, which are;

1) Remove from packet
2) Unroll condom to cover organ

We haven't got an organ, just a piano. Still, they keep splitting!!!
