Amazing Stone Cleaner

Local paper advertising an 'Amazing Stone Cleaner' which not only makes paths, patios, steps, brickwork, fences and decking look "brand new again" but also removes mould and algae at the same time. No power-washing or scrubbing required. At £15 for 500ml concentrate (makes 5L working solution) it's not cheap. Anyone know of a similar product that's less expensive?

I have seen stuff like this and it didnt seem to work on any patios I have seen.
