could possibly be from a paslode, but at that time there werent too many other makers of the nails, and paslodes are normally annular, rather than a screw type thread as that has.
Looks like part of one of the spikes that were used to attach cast iron rainware to brickwork.
(Edit) On reflection, probably a bit small for a pipe nail, they were about 10mm Dia, but about the right size for a nail for fixing corrugated iron sheets (/Edit)
