Is there something wrong with the money of non-registered electricians? You'll need to be a registered electrician to get an account with them.
Better than TLC then...Just be warned. I used them once and it took them 2 and a half days to deliver to site and even then the order wasn't complete!!

They cut their own throat then with that stance. What about us Maintenance Electricians who spend a fortune on materials who have no requirement to be registered.
(and I'd be quite happy to go head to head in a knowledge and practical skills test with some of the registered rubbish I've seen)
Oh well - it's a free country, but if I were a shareholder of B&Q I'd be asking why the company had a policy of turning away legal business. To purchase through Electricfix, contractors need to demonstrate their professional credentials. This can be done by proving their registration with, or membership of, an electrical trade body, such as the NICEIC or ECA or their professional qualifications, such as Part P, or a recognised competent persons scheme such as the Electrotechnical Certification Scheme.
Details will be verified by the dedicated Electricfix call centre team, ensuring that Electricfix products, prices and services are only supplied to professional contractors. Those that cannot provide proof of competency will be encouraged towards the NICEIC and ECA and not be permitted to purchase.
Rumer has it, B&Q owns it all, say no more squire .
