Hi
Please can anyone give me any advice.

I moved into my house six years ago and found the top spare bedroom radiator stone cold, I never worried about it until now. I have had a new boiler put in /no change/i have beld the whole system..no change.......i have now replaced the radiator.........no change.

I've just sold my house and i don't want to do to the new buyer what the people did to us which was..............It worked ok for us!!!!!!

Please help im stressing out

When you took off the old rad, did you do the bucket test, to see if there was flow from both valves

You replaced a rad that did not work, for a reason not known. When you removed the old rad, you open each valve to see if there is a good flow into a bucket or other receptacle. This would have confirmed or eliminated a cause of your problem

i think that was done. it had water in it and pressure? The plumber drained the system and refilled it again. He says he is stomped and needs to think

I don't know im just thinking to myself oh my god is it a problems with the pipes. How expensive will that be and sadly for me i can't screw over the nice couple who have brought the house. I just want to give them the house working and i can walk away head high ;-(

How expensive will that be

how longs the string ?

valves both have flow.
rad fills.
you bleed rad it has pressure.

have you tried shut the other rads and see what happens.
has the rad got a trv fitted ?
do any of the pipes get hot to the rad at all ?

Shut the rads down no heat
The pipes under the radiator going into the floor are cold
i don't know what a trv is

like this on the end of the pipe/rad.
