l want to do my driveway but as cheap as possible, so what would be the best options for costs.... block paving..concrete...tarmac..slabs etc.
if l go for slabs does anyone know where l can get slabs that will be ok for driveways fairly cheap and how to go about doing it as l will be doing the work myself....

more improtantly how you drain it rather than what you use!

You seem keen on cheap. Doing a driveway properly is not cheap. Just chucking down some gravel isn't a driveway - it's a quagmire waiting to happen.

Are you prepared for some hard work eg digging out, laying a sub base, edging of some sort, etc etc?
