Hi All

Just got home other half says no heating. I have tried hot water works ok but no heat. Any ideas as to what is causing this problem. I have 82 year old mother at home wanting heat most of the day. Urgent help will be appreciated.

Any fault codes indicated? These bolers have an electrical actuator on the diverter valve and may have faulted.Are all the external controls calling for heat ie switched on?

I would be looking at your controls firstly. Unusual to get hot water but no heating on these.

Hi Guys

The fault code was F28 & F29. I couldn't make what they meant. I had a local engineer call in as I was getting desperate. He found a gate valve on heating return pipe shut. My other half remembered her mates son was messing around the boiler he shut the valve. I like to thank you all for your quick response.
