The Saville Report

That's right, Hooligans...

Where were the guns and bombs that were supposed to be around at the time?
What we must remember is that the term hooligans or the correct term young hooligans, refers to the junior wing of the IRA.
So lets not think these are your common street rouges.
As far as where were guns and bombs, lets not think they were not present and that has not been covered up too.
I think we have gone from one extreme to the other, first a whitewash and now a blackwash.
What must be remember is not just what happened that day but what had happened the days, weeks, months etc... leading up to Bloody Sunday.
Lets not think all the people killed or injured were or intentions were squeaky clean.
I am going to now read the report, but have no doubt it will be inconclusive and should have been proven so, and is just a document of appeasement.

Some of the "innocent" victims had traces of explosives, and firearm residue on their clothes, what will come next will be the demand for prosecutions.

what residue do you have on your clothes :?: is there a clue in your name ;)

If there was nothing else worth bombing apart from Dresden - don't you think that proves it was unnecessary? It had no military significance - check it out on a map. There's a great photo of an angel statue looking over Dresden after the bombing - have you seen it?

Oh and it wasn't US that were better - the Yanks had industrial clout - and THAT is what won the war.

EDIT You'll find a copy of that photo on this site about - scroll down.

nothing to do with the fact that it was the major transit hub for troops going to and from the eastern front, which is why the allies bombed it. read your history joe, not just wikipedia

Yeah right. Show me one "warlike situation" where there have not been any civilian casualties.
Yes it was warlike too. The only thing missing was a declaration of war by the PIRA. Without the benefit of a time machine to go back and change things, we just have to live with this. No one side comes out of this inquiry smelling of roses. Mistakes have been made on all sides.

Unlike you (it seems), I find civilian casualties totally unacceptable whatever 'side' they are on...

Yeah, but one side stinks of sh*t... ;)

But they both do ellal.
Martin McGuinness carrying a machine gun??. Yeah right !! He no doubt was on his way to his allotment to take care of a problem with foxes.
Another victim, found to be carrying nail bombs in his pocket.
An old grandmother told the original inquiry that a gun wielding IRA member had been shot dead on the 3rd floor landing of the block of flats she lived in. Later on she completely retracts the statement. (after a visit from the provo's no doubt).
Yep everyone was innocent. (not)

You have so obviously missed the point...And of course you have nothing whatsoever to back up your latest claims...(so what was that about 'fantasy world' - you still havn't had the balls to reply when you were found out about that particular bit of b*llshit you spouted have you.. ;) )

The report was about what happened on that day, and whilst other considerations come into play, you continually refuse to believe the facts that 13 innocent people were murdered - there was no justification for that, and saville has pointed that out so plainly that only the very stupid still just can't get it into their thick/prejudiced heads - you can choose which category you belong to!... ;)

So, was Gerald Donaghy, found with nail bombs in his pocket, innocent?
He was certainly one of the victims that day. Or perhaps after almost 40yrs we should find him innocent?
Where were you when all this happened ellal? Or do you just pick things up off the internet to spout your apparent hatred of all things to do with the British Army?

Anyway, being as David Cameron , has apologised for the killings, that should be the end of the matter.

Always answering questions with more of the same eh jj...

So why exactly havn't you addressed your proven false accusation of a 'fantasy world'? I know it appears to be harping on, but then it still shows you up as the b*llshitter you plainly are...so why keep on avoiding it?

But then of course you'd like that to be the end of the matter wouldn't you....

You can't back up f*ck all, and when challenged yet again you wimp out!

Yeah, but one side stinks of sh*t... ;)

Ellal, which side smells of sh*t, I grew in NI in the 70's/80's had my town (Coleraine) bomb to bits twice, first time I watched it blow up out my school window when I was 11 (quiet scary), my best friends uncle was a fireman at the time and said he couldn't pick up the body parts but had to use a shovel to place them in bags, had friend blown up in Ballykelly bombing, friend shot in head while sitting in his car on a Sunday evening...I could go on .... I'm sure there are people suffering on both sides and no one has monoply on pain or hurt.. the blame game could go on for ever.....
