Why cant he wire it permantly on controlled dy the stats until mon???

beat me to it, however, if the service code has activated then surely the service is overdue, might not be legally late yet, and if so its ok to bring back to life , shockeroonie that the tenant hasnt been in for the service visits but can manage to be in for the call out guy, SO in this time of sue, sue, sue and compensation, SHOULD we hard wire it, if it is off it isnt going to kill anyone, if we hard wire it (knowing the service is overdue and AR) then we would get our butt kicked for bringing it back into service. and if it isnt yet late and wer hard wire it there will be no chance the skanky tenant books a service apppointment and it will go out of date, assisted by the person who hard wired it, NAH LEAVE IT OFF AND TELL THEM TO BOOK A SERVICE VISIT FOR MONDAY thats why the clock is fitted in the first place

Factory preset pin code for all Honeywell St9100s is 0000. Unless this has been changed by the installer. The controller should have been set so the tenants get a reminder that a service is due at least a few weeks before it switches the heating off.
Tenants can't therefore complain that they have not had any notice. ;) ;) ;) ;)

joinerjohn and skankygas

you are both right we would not re-wire unless prog.faulty and tenant in dire need, eg' v.elderly or new babe. o'ride button brings it on for 1 hour. at a time which is what they will have to do .
we work on social housing and unfortunately a vast amount of tenants do not have english as any language . let alone first! also tenant was elderly. just posted hoping for quick response.

service will be done this week, and maybe the engineer / technician will remember to reset.

will be contacting honeywell for code monday if anybodyelse requires them
already have earlier honeywell and danfoss codes

Hi John,
How can I set 0000? there is no number pad on ST9100s
Does anyone know how to reset it ? I'm having a baby and my local engineer won't be available until Tuesday.
Other model has a way to set program: turn switch to Program -> press and hold Override + extra hour for 10s , but it doesn't work with ST9100s
Thanks for your help
