hi, hope you can help, my problem is I have no hot water . but the central heating works fine. when I turn on the hot tap, the boiler does not attempt to start up. this has been a intermitent fault but the boiler has always started up. I have noticed that when I had used the shower the radiator in the bathroom would get hot

Thanks for the reply can this be fixed with a service pack or will I need a new diverter valve ?
