I have a Alpha 240 Eco combi boiler. Rads are fine but the DHW was getting worse by the day. The boiler fired up and start to heat it but then clicks back out again? It did help if you ran it slow but it was getting worse and worse and then it was down to a trickle to get hot water at all. Mixer tap shower worked best??
So I replaced the DHW temp sensor and its improved it considerably but it hasn't completely cured it. We cant seem to get scalding hot water so to speak. A year ago you couldn't hold your hand under the hot water tap as it was too hot. Not so now?
The flow valve seems to operate smoothly and the pin comes out and operates the microswitch ok. Same with the primary valve microswitch so I assume diaphragm is ok?
Any ideas on why it doesn't run DHW at the temp it used to previously?
