I have a Glowworm Hxi approx 6 years old. The condensate drain cap is leaking and for some reason will not seal. Does anyone have any experience of this problem or a solution?

Has it been put back cross threaded ,why not buy a new one
There was a modified cap (blue in colour I think)and you need one of them and do not over tighten.
Thank you for response. Glowworm now manufacture new unit without the drain facility, this eliminates the problem completely. I have purchased and fitted the new design.
