20c but set up at the moment to be screed drying...
Its weather compensated so I am expecting this flow temp with a target room temperature of 20c

Presumably that's why the flow and return temps are so low! What will they be when used to heat the house?

according to the graph with the curve set at 0.5 the room temperature will be 20c and the flow about 23c
All this of course can be varied and tailored to the installation...

the heat curve graphs found on the viessmann vitodens boilers...its in their books which can be found at their website...
