Will the French Government pay reparation for the Norman Conquest of 1066 ? Will Scandinavian Governments all chip in with some reparation for the raping and pillaging , the Vikings wreaked on us?

Perhaps the Spanish and Portuguese Governments should pay reparation to all of the South American countries they plundered in the 1500's?
