Just had a kitchen exterior rendered and there is a small hole where the excess water dribbles out when drying, whats the best fix, exterior filler or mix up a small amount of render [hole is only small and shallow].

Just had the same problem. I ended up raking out an an area about an inch wide and back to the brick and put in more render. Filler will give a smooth finish and is likely to show and render is unlikely to stick if it's just a small dent. Wet teh effected hole before you apply the new render
