Worcester 9.24 Electronic pressure rising

Worcester 9.24 Electronic combi, water pressure rising to 4bar when c/h is on only. With hot water only no pressure problem only water does not get hot enough for a wash! filling loop is turned off and not letting by. Heat exchanger problem?? also water switch?? This is a dinosaur of a boiler I know, cant find a manual for it any where, any comments would be appreciated.

With the heating off an cold.

When yhou run a tap for a few minutes does the rad nearest the boiler start to warm up?

If so then you need a diverter valve.

Still think your EV is goosed though.
