long distance builders

Are they advertising for people to work in Kent or Eastern Europe? I wager the former. I reckon they are suggesting that if you aren't from EE then you won't fit in so needn't apply.

It's a loophole used by Jermey Paxman when he employed a foreign maid. If you provide accommodation you are not bounded by minimum wage legislation. Ie - you can pay them peanuts.
