I am not sure what the big mistake is. I assume the tails are a major problem as the metre needs to be located close to the CU. Also how did he extend all the cables?
I am guessing he has done something much more flawed than that though.

To be honest he didn't do too much wrong.
Oh apart from dropping a live CU off the wall and working inside it

And all the sockets to the other....
... but it all appeared fairly neat, though - a lot neater than many I've seen
