Please explain how this is an ELECTRICAL problem?
Sounds more like mechanical to me.
Go on to the "Alert Moderators" button and ask to be moved to Appliances.
Or look at eSpares, Or Google spare parts for your box thingy.

Most likely a busted door hinge. Lofra spares can be a little difficult to track down.
