One of my tenants had had a heart and lung transplant, he was a bit concerned that the fridge was not keeping foods at the correct temperature, the last thing he wanted was food poisoning, so as it was a new F/F I got the Hotpoint geezer in to check it, I'm not sure what he did but it now runs to cold (I've now got it as the last tenant had his own F/F) things tend to freeze up but not all the time, I was thinking there is maybe a bi-metal strip the engineer bent to make it run cooler.
Turn the knob to a lower setting?
The hotpoint guy has altered something, I want to know how to get it back to the original setting, it makes no difference by turning the knob..
