new boiler and soil stack

Hello

I'm new to this.

We need to add a toilet upstairs so will be installing a soil stack. Is it ok for:

Can the bath and sink water pipe to connect into this?
Can the condensation pipe be connected to it?
Can the flue run between the wall and the soil stack?

Sorry if this makes no sense.

Yes to all but not quite sure what you mean by the last bit. The soil stacks usually about 1" from the wall so no way to put a flue in between

Thanks for the reply. Our house is terraced but has the house over the alley. Can the flue be fitted to the ceiling of the alley and out?
