the shower in question is a ADAMS 1922..the antique looking one,, its surface mounted but the pipes are tiled in,, problem with shower its not shutting off,,, it looks like its thermostatic,, can not seem to find any spares for this,,, anyone know any? or what showers have 5 inch centers?

That is a lot of money for atap restorer kit. take them out measure them and find an alternative set at reasonable money
