Radiator Manufacturers

Hi,

I'm looking to source some radiators and ask a plumber to fit them vs the plumber sourcing them (as the quotes coming in are too high for sourcing).

What is a good make of Radiator. There appears to be many on the market but no clear difference. Is one more reliable than the rest, less prone to paint flaking, better fin bonding to panel, output..?

I have been told Henrad is a quality make (???) but how about Stalrad and the others?

I need a single panel with fins ... 700mm high x 2000mm wide.
Also 2x 600mm high x 1500mm wide.

to learn from experience, is one radiator interchangeable with all others? eg is a 600×900 a standard size?

Yes, pretty much. Might be sightly different size out from wall due to different design.
