I have got few years old Baxi combi 105HE. As such there is no problem with hot water and the heating, so far they seems working fine. Initially when you use the tap for the hot water, the Tap and the burner LED's comes on the combi and they go off when nobody using the hot water, but for last few days the Tap LED is continuously on and it seems the fan and pump are not cutting out which it use to be. (see the picture) There are no flashing fault lights. The temperature lights all come on in sequence up to 80 degrees. The Central heating works perfectly. PRE-Heat is turned off.

Any advice please?

Easy job if you know what your doing couple of bits that can be broke if you dont .
Cold off under boiler open hot taps to drain .
Flick of clip carefully that holds microswitch on undo little bundy tube at front (careful not to lose tiny washer .
Undo 4 screws and remove top of section
Donnt lose the spring
Clean both pins and replace diaphragm(£10)
reassemble careful not to overtighten bundy tube but making sure its not weeping.

Before doing this remove the microswitch first to see if demand neon goes out if it doesnt its a new microswitch assy req instead of pin cleaning
