Shower over bath

My electric shower broke along time ago and i have a shower head, hose etc but would like to just connect it to the taps. The proplem is i have 2 seperate (Hot n Cold)taps.
How can i connect the hose to the taps, if i have everything else but it seems u need mixer taps to do it.

You need some mixer taps with a shower outlet tapping to sort this one!
The mixer taps need to be fed with equal water pressures, too.

Could it not be used similar to the shower sprays. Its only used mainly for washing hair as its easier for my daughter as she cant do it over bath

Are you talking about those rubber shower things that push on to the taps? They work to some degree (so long as the pressure is low) but you'll have a problem connecting a single shower pipe on to twin taps.

Lol thats wot i thought, was worth thinking about. In rented property n landlord wont replace it as i have a bath

Why not push for a replacement electric shower? Its hardly likely to break his bank!

Or, if the landlord is being a bit slippy about replacing it (tight fisted ****!), how about something like this, fed either from water in the bath or from a bucket of clean warm water?

Wow, I hope with loosing such an important function of the property you rent the landlord has reduced the rent!
