I used to hate them as a kid but they're one of my favourites now. Reason? My dear mum, (bless her), boiled them to death! It's what all British mums did back then.
Then, one day, I had some and it was like a totally different veg - and taste! That's the key to it; just boil them until they're 'to the bite'
Do you live in some kind of harem?
No. I only have the one wife, but it keeps her on her toes.
I can't understand muslims; I feel that one wife is more than enough for any sane man.

My first wife is doing the sprouts.
