Internal chimney breast has damp. Chimney breast is on internal shared wall. Next door has dismanltled theirs. Chimney is removed down to roof level Victorian 3 storey. still damp at base after heavy rain. internal chimney under roof dismantled 3 courses down. Any ideas how to rectify?

Not sure I understand, are you saying your chimney is now under the roof line.

Yes chimney is below roofline all external brickwork removed several years ago
