Windows 8.1 - System drive free space disapearing

Hi guys,
At a loss here, space on my system drive is disappearing.

I've added up the sizes of the various folders on the C drive - Just below 20gig - Yet "My PC" is reporting that that out of 28.6gig there is only 1.17gig free.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Found the answer to this problem, it was system restore settings which I reduced and now have my free space back
