Not that I'm aware of - and, as I've said before, nor does it mean that I live in London W2 ... I am "John W", but when I joined DIYnot, both JohnW and JohnW1 had already been taken, which left me with JohnW2!Neighbours
Your guess is as good as mine - but that's what I also guessed, maybe a copyright-infringing scan of 4D5 from the regs (without "kind permission of the IET"!). Tony presumably can tell us.

It's so unusual for software/sites to accept spaces in usernames that I may not even have bothered to try "John W". Until you pointed it out, it hadn't occurred to me that RF seems to have managed it!
