I had 30 conifer trees chopped down in my garden which were a about 70 feet tall, as you can emagin this produced a huge pile of logs with most being over 6 inches diameter.
Trouble is, my tree cutter let me down, as he originally agreed to stack the logs on the left side of my garden (treens are on the right) but thats about 20m away, and instead he stacked the logs on the right side where the trees were cut, said i should get the jcb digger man to scoop them up and move them, as he knew i had planned to get a digger in after they had gone.
I asked my jcb man and he said he cant scoop the logs up as they will role too much, the only way he could move then is if they were loaded into his shovel by hand which we are not srong enough to do not to mention the extra time involved.
Any advice on which service i should call to move these logs?
