Hi,

The previous owners have fitted an ensure bathroom and the bath is a whirlpool bath. The problem is that the side of the bath is not accessible as it's been tiled, grouted and silicone sealed in.

The reason I need access is the sensor for the bath is malfunctioning.

Speaking to a company who fix and repair these they've said I could do it myself if I could get access. They seem to think that the panel will possible lift out from the bottom once the grout and silicone is broken.

How likely do you think this is? Any tips?

The tiles are large format and there are 9 full tiles in place.

Thanks for any help you can give.

Unlikely, the likelihood is that a board panel has been mechanically fitted and then tiled to! This is not uncommon, come across this situation on a number of occasions.

Any tips?
You could try removing seal around perimeter of panel and see if the panel will remove. Other than that be prepared to cause some damage or do without the whirlpool function.
