blowing down pipe to test

If you solder an elbow on to two pieces of pipe then blow down one end with your finger on the other. What kind of pressure would this test the fitting to?
 
1) Depends on how hard you blow!
2) Not enough to be meaningful unless .....

 
Try swimming with a snorkel that is 0.5 metre long, fully submerged, you'll find it impossible. You'll find lots of daft images showing divers walking on the bottom of a pond/river connected to the surface via snorkel system with 6 feet of water depth above their head.
The most you can "blow" is around 1.5PSI which is around 0.1Bar as Muggles suggested.

I think its about 25 mbar without feeling uncomfortable.
