Replacement router for BT Infinity

Hi Guys, I have BT Infinity with HUB 5 but its not very stable and I have to restart time to time. I would like to get new router and looking at the 2 models NETGEAR D7800 or Draytek 2860ac. Anyone can suggest which one is to go for. Thanks

Always thought BT login info was preprogrammed into router. In which case you will need a BT one from BT.

It seems that the Draytek one has a few VPN issues according to a couple of reviews on Amazon. The situation could have improved with firmware updates as the reviews are from May and August last year.

The Netgear D7800 has a couple of different variations but reviews seem pretty positive.

Why did you settle on these two particular routers?
