Side wall getting disjointed from dpc

we had a side wall build about 10 years ago. We noticed the wall is now unsafe due to the disjoint from the damp proof course. Is there any solutions to this? The third photo shows the wall NOT attached to neighbours wall.

The wall with a gate/door. The other picture shows you the bottom of the wall where is not showing against doc. The third picture shows how wall is not attached to neighbour

It's not attached to the neighbours wall at all by the looks? And is the lintel over the gate supported in your wall? Photos aren't very good tbh.

You don't need a DPC in the wall.

Ok he put a dpc .so that is issue - he should not have?

Sometimes a couple of courses of engineering, Staff blues etc are used, but not a roll of DPC.

That is correct - not attached to neighbours wall, and lineal so supported over gate. The above the first course(above ground level) the bricks are slipping off.
