3/4 to 1/2 Connection?

So i have a 3/4 to 3/4 bath connection to connect a mixer shower to the bathtub.

Only the specific mixer shower i want has a 1/2 connection (I want this as it has good Ltr/per min) there's a really poor hot water flow in the house.

Is there anyway i can connect the both?

it will only have a good flow if it is available, if the flow is poor on 3/4 it will be worse on 1/2 the fitting will not increase the flow rate
