Trouble removing toilet push button siphon

Don't recognise that push button ,and can't see enough detail on vid. Take several close up pics ,different angles and you may get better input ,cheers.

Unfortunately it doesn't
Is the button broken anyway? it must be one of the ones that screws into the top of the flush valve if you can't lift the lid of the cistern. It should unscrew but it's plastic to plastic and the flush valve section is loose so it can be hard to undo
