Bad k rend job

Back of my house is k rended but they havent gone to the end of the bellcast. This ends up with the bottom of the wall getting mold on a me having to jet wash

Is there a quick fix for this or will all wall have to be done ?

No quick fix, if you try and build it out with new k-rend it will be a patch and you will always see it.

Whats best option to re render with k rend ?

Can you go over k rend with k rend or have you got to put a base coat again ?

sealed with stabiliser and you can re-coat it.
