The back of the toilet is not accessible, so can't get to the fixings.

I've tried pulling it with the seat at 90 degrees.

It does slide a bit from side to side.

Any ideas?

Can you upload a photo direct to this topic... just hit the camera button and choose the file.

Not seen that one before, have you tried pushing the end of those hinges inwards or pulling them out with grips?

Uploaded the photos to my post now....

The hinges don't push in, but I'll have a go at pulling them with pliers.

Could also be some sort of twist to unlock system, like I said never seen it before but it went on so must come off. Could always take a hacksaw to it as a last resort. :D

Looks like a “key” of some kind should go in the end of the nylon bolts and unwind them from the nylon collets that push outwards - the splayed fingers around the central bolt.. is my guess.

Like your thinking.

What does the lid look like, are the ends that normally fit over those plastic lugs sealed and is it soft close given their shape? If so then I'll bet it's fitted from underneath with no consideration given to it actually being sealed in after, is it a back to the wall pan?

Ended up using a saw to break it up lol

Was able to then unscrew the plastic fixings by pulling them upwards while turning.

Thanks for your help.

Thought you might (y)

Did you not wanna go further and go at it... to see how it would have been dismantled by destructive reverse engineering? :D
