Internal door size issues

We want to put in a door for a room in our apartment. Since there isn't much space for the door to open in the room, we want to go for bi-fold or french/double doors. The opening is ~83cm wide and ~206cm high and the notches on either side 1,5 cm, see attached pictures. The measurements of the door opening don't seem to be standard as I can't find many options. (we're in the UK). I was considering ordering a custom door from https://doors2size.co.uk/custom_doors/ instead.

- Should I order a door with those exact measurements or slightly smaller than the opening because of the hinges?
- Would getting a doorset instead of just a door make any difference?

Normally you'd buy a door that is fractionally too large and trim it down. You can buy 33" wide doors, though admittedly they tend to be 6'6" high which may leave a bit of a gap between your door and the floor.
Not sure what you mean by notches. Do you mean the actual door aperture? That's the bit that matters. Cuz that's where the door goes.

Measure the frame at multiple points to check if it's square. Whatever the largest measurements are, subtract 3mm all round (i.e. 3mm off each side) and order that size door. Any narrower parts of the frame will mean you need to trim the door to fit in situ. You don't want to order a door that is just right near the bottom, but has a huge gap near the top! (or whatever).

- Would getting a doorset instead of just a door make any difference?

Yes. The difference would be that you need to remove your doorframe and install the entirely new one, plus architrave and repainting!
