Which tree on driveway?

I'bmve just dig out a wild berry tree that got too wild.

There's a gap now and I wondered if there was a tree that would grow about 10ft tall on a single trunk and stay like that?

Something that doesn't attract bird would be a bonus.

Any suggestions?

You know where birds live right?!

You could try an acer and keep it pruned so not to spread too wide. Slow growing tree and I should imagine too delicate to provide habitat for birds until it gets bigger. Fab colour tree too.

Yep, I’d go for an Acer..... slow growing, not too big and looks good.... especially the red leaf ones.

Yep, I’d go for an Acer..... slow growing, not too big and looks good.... especially the red leaf ones.

Have tree with red leaf in the back garden ,during autumn the red bleeds and stains all my pation grout.
