Worcester Highflow 400 RSF intermittent DHW

OK another observation, CH cutting and radiator are luke warm.. and seems supply to radiator is super hot but return from the radiator is cold.. that means return within boiler is somewhere blocked!

ok... looks guys changed the dirverter valve never removed the air from the system!!
- and I removed some of the air the same night (had to do couple of time as presume air/water is all dissolved due to CH running and needed to wait when boiler hasn't been started and allows air to trap in a radiators- been freezing past few days).. so presto! as soon as got rid of air, CH started again .. could that be making CH cutout?

Well.. CH is working again (thank god!), but DHW has the same problem (on DHW demand - CH supply gets quite warm! so all heat is being discharged in CH)

HE is not in stock means going to be next week by the time heating eng replaces it! - hope this fixes the issue before something new appears!

I love this boiler with a passion
Is it a 400 or a 400 electronic? Big difference
Forget stats and get down to basics. What is dhw temp....pump ok?

It moves over to central heating...dhw is default.....any questions ask me....( it’s a £ a question )

sorry just been following this ! and realise never answered. its 400 electronic.

have you cleaned the filter in the top manifold?
No haven’t opened or checked anything since guy replaced diverter valve. So no havent cleaned the filter, will wait till SSE comes to replace HE and ask him to check filter too.
