Accenta alarm PIR problem

HI, A new build with Accenta alarm..All the PIRs pass the walk test but on setting the alarm they do not trigger it. That is they light up but do not trigger the alarm??

Sounds like the zones are disabled via the engineering program for Program 1.
Do you have the engineer's code? -factory default is 9999.

Yep Matt I got it finally. Not easy to turn on the zones cos difficult to save your preferences...not intuitive cheers
