which type of shaver socket can be installed in the bathroom and how close to the sink ?

can i just spur of the exiting power that goes to the wall cabinet that is on the upper lighting circuit ?

If it is not a permanent live, it won’t charge the shaver/toothbrush etc unless the light is left on!

Academic though as the OP has already stated it’s a permanent feed.

Agreed.

Some light/socket units I've encountered, including mirrors/cupboards are made this way.
 
cheers for the comments i assume 60cm above the sink is out of zone
