There is lots of choice out there, has been covered many times.

how many sensors do you have that are currently hard wired?
You doing the installation yourself?

Hi second that. Refurbishing a flat at the moment that will be rented out and looking at installing an alarm system. Will be 3 pir sensors 2 door sensors and will be doing it myself. Any recommendations please?

I normally install the Honeywell but let me know if there’s something better out there please

Check to see which Honeywell panel you have by looking at the label on the main control panel, which will be a metal box normally in a cupboard with the electric meter / consumer unit. If it's a Galaxy G2-12/20, there are options to add Ethernet, or swap the controls for a Galaxy Flex control panel with Ethernet module while using all the existing wiring/sensors/sounders.

Cheapest product is not always the cheapest option ....lowest panel i would fit is a pyronix euromini
