Hi, I recently had a conservatory floor screeded. The description that I got from the company is 'All of our floors are laid to British Standard by NVQ Level 3 Qualified Tradesmen and are laid to the Highest Standard SR2 floor finish. I would like to ask for folks opinion as to whether the floor I got meets the standards mentioned. Or am I just being picky?

I wouldn't describe that as the 'Highest Standard'.
First thing I'd be concerned about though, is it flat and level? So many floors aren't.

Thanks seasickstevie, for your input. Thankfully, it is level, as for it being flat, there is a slight hump near the centre but not too bad. But for £650 I did expect a neater job and a uniform finish, and without one of the corners having a gaping hole.
SR2 is only +-5mm in 2m so it’s not that flat anyway, likely to need some self leveller on top if you’re planning large format tiles or laminate

It's going to cost a few quid in self leveler, or a grinder to get the hump out.
Our (solid) dining room floor has got a slight hump in the middle, and it's always annoyed me, but it really is 'slight'.
I can confidently say, that I'm the only person who's ever been aware of it ... perhaps that says something about me!
I always used a screed team that had a screed pump.
they always used a laser to level the floor -large format tiles could go straight down
big areas with large format tiles are a nightmare -especially the rectified edge type which butt up tight -often with those tiles like mock wood, they are 1200 long, any bumps and the ends wont lie flat
ps its funny looking screed -is it horse dung
Can’t see any insulation at edges ?
